It feels surreal to have passed my PhD viva yesterday ๐ฅณ and to be saying goodbye to Lboro uni after nearly 9 years! A challenging and thought provoking viva was a nice way to end this journey. Huge thanks to my supervisors for supporting both my development and this work

One of the brightest stars of Irish athletics is back on home soil. @rhasidatadeleke with a superb 11.29 (2.6m/s) to take the national senior 100m title. She's still only 18. Will be back for the 200 tomorrow.
Pleased to share the first publication from my PhD, which maps the development of a physical activity programme in women treated for cervical cancer using the intervention mapping approach.

.@rhasidatadeleke continues to tear it up in Texas. At the Big 12 Champs last night she broke Phil Healy's Irish senior 200m record with 22.96 (0.8m/s) and the Irish U20 & U23 100m records with 11.31 (1.0m/s).
The Tokyo Olympics are now firmly within reach for the 18-year-old.
