@DHLParcelUK I keep getting told to contact the sender but I don't know who the sender is... it seems like a very flawed system if a driver can lie and say the package was refused when I have been in ALL day and no DHL driver has been here.
@DHLParcelUK I am struggling to get through to anyone from this company. A driver has lied about trying to deliver a parcel and I don't know if they have stolen my parcel?
@airBaltic the worst service. LDN to Riga on Friday - took off nearly 4hrs late no explanation or apology. Travelling with 2 babies and breastfeeding I asked for some tap water on the flight, as ours had run out after spending most of the day at airport. 1/2
@airBaltic very sulky air steward said they didnโt have any water and when I said surely after a 3+ hour delay with two babies they could find me a glass of water - he scoffed and said โIโve been delayed 3 hours too!โ 2/2
@JoJoMamanBebe hi, I requested delivery for today, instead #Evri decided to deliver yesterday when I wasnโt in - in full view of the street. Iโve had packages stolen like this before with Evriโs incompetence. Please do better.
@easyJet Then, after being promised I could take the yo-yo pushchair on board, I was denied this at the gate, which would make getting off flight carrying two young children and 4 bags physically impossible. SHAME ON YOU.
@easyJet Itโs exhausting complaining and never getting any response. You cancelled our flight and put us on a much earlier much cheaper one (no refund obviously) so we had to get up v early with two babies and then it was delayed with no explanation.
