Tech companies are going through a painful recalibration, leading to a softening in demand for tech-related roles.
But there hasn't been a retreat from remote work in software development job postings.
The pullback in postings is more pronounced in job categories most likely to advertise remote work.
Since Dec 31, 2021, Software Development job postings are down 32%. Marketing is down 30%, Human Resources down 28%.

On the one hand all the most hardcore tech nerds and hackers think the pics of Elon with the engineers look incredibly motivating. But on the other hand, journalists and professional whiners think it looks lame. So we can't say if it's good or bad for twitter.
