@bookingcom We had raised the complaint with the hotel when we were there. We were told that as the booking was made through yourselves, we had to contact you. You have responded already to say you can’t do anything until the hotel respond to you which they haven’t in the 5 weeks since.

@bookingcom booked a break through yourselves to @SportingLodgeIn and this is what welcomed us in the room, along with a room and bedding that stink of smoke. Really not acceptable and your customer service has been atrocious.

Your resolution was that you can’t offer a refund as you have been unable to contact the hotel, so hopefully tagging you both on here means we can get an acceptable resolution.
