We LOVED getting these on deployment. Kids would draw the wildest stuff and teachers clearly weren't reviewing them. They would draw Army men shooting people and blood coming out and then it would say "I hope you don't die." Everyone looked forward to getting them.

@HavocTwoOne My fave is when the comp cult posts Pranka vids of him ranting he'd rather have a team of aimbot shooters that suck at everything else than an average team, meanwhile in real life I've never seen a military unit that started recruitment exclusively with shooting skill concerns.

Many things are true.

Shooting matches and diving into actual hard skill training is something everyone should do.

Sometimes you need to realize you are larping too hard.

But also…

Losing sight of why you need to be prepared is dumb.

Assuming nothing will ever happen is dumb.

Thinking hard shooting skills will solve any challenge is dumb.

It’s like anything in this life. It requires BALANCE. Don’t be that insufferable prepper guy who screams from the rafters. Don’t be that annoying gay comp guy who thinks he can bill drill his way out of getting dysentery.

Be a comp shooter, who trains with his community, who takes care of those around him, who strives to be more capable every day.

Literally don’t pick a side. Do both.

@themarauderproj They reach cult level when they start to show signs of literally believing exclusively shooting comps well will solve potentially any violent situation in their lives. Any prior training balance is discarded because it's all about extreme gamer life at that point.

@WeaponOutfitter This is one of my peeves on the comp cult crowd acting like a tac-carbine class is just people shooting in the air and yelling clear. Then you check out one of their "approved" videos and it offers basically nothing different but lack of teamwork.
