They have the right to live out of their minds.
They do not have the right to live out of yours.
The moment you start spending your energy on what people think about you, you have handed them the keys to a space they were never supposed to enter.
Article 10 of the Constitution is not a suggestion. It is a binding obligation on every State organ.
When the government borrows in our name, it must uphold the national values of transparency, accountability, integrity, and public participation. Article 201 reinforces this by requiring openness, accountability, and public participation in all financial matters.
Public debt is not the government’s debt. It is the people’s debt. Every loan signed today will be repaid by Kenyans through taxes, now and for generations to come.
Before any government commits the nation to more debt, Kenyans have a constitutional right to know why the money is being borrowed, how it will be spent, what it will cost, and what benefits it will deliver.
Borrowing without meaningful public participation is not just poor governance. It is inconsistent with the values and principles of our Constitution.

Bishop Alfred Rotich urges the government to stop the destruction of Londiani Forest Block and Samburet Estate, warning that continued degradation threatens the environment, water sources, and local livelihoods.

Police officers are guarding the illegal mining in River Yala. Heavy machines have been stationed inside the river to mine gold.
This is the same area where Ebola quarantine facility was to be stationed. Not Ebola but our minerals.
Poverty does not just take your money.
It takes your BELIEF that you have options.
And the moment you stop believing you have options you stop making choices.
And the moment you stop making choices someone else starts making them for you.
🚨IMPORTANT : This could be one of the most important anti-corruption proposals Kenya has seen in years.
Senator Okiya Omtatah has proposed giving senators real-time access to Treasury and county payments made to suppliers.
Think about that for a moment.
Instead of discovering corruption months or years later through Auditor-General reports, suspicious payments could be spotted as they happen.
Senators would also be able to verify whether projects being claimed actually received funding and whether taxpayers' money is reaching the ground.
I've said this for years: IFMIS payment data should be public.
Corruption thrives in darkness. Transparency forces accountability.
If you're genuinely tired of endless scandals, then this is the kind of reform that deserves support, not because of politics, but because it protects taxpayers' money.
Anyone opposing greater transparency should be prepared to explain why.
Senator Maanzo and Onyancha have supported.
KRA has graduated to your tax accountant,
Courtesy of the Finance Act, 2026.
• Starting in January 2027, it is KRA that shall FIRST tell you, what income it believes you earned in 2026. And what taxes you shall therefore pay.
KRA will do this by generating a pre populated income tax return using the information it already has, such as:
• eTIMS data
• PAYE records
• Withholding tax records
• Plus any other information already in KRA systems
KRA shall then send you this pre-populated return by 31st January 2027.
Once you receive it, you have 2 MONTHS (February and March), and 2 OPTIONS. To either:
• Confirm it. If it is correct. Or,
• Reject & amend it. If KRA got the numbers wrong. And provide your own numbers together with supporting documents.
- If you make your amendments late. Or,
- You do not make any amendments at all,
KRA shall conclude that you have agreed with its assessment, and you shall pay the KRA generated tax bill.
After that, you can use the amended or confirmed return to file your taxes as follows:
• If you are a human being, file by April 30th 2027.
• If you have no flesh & blood (company, partnership, trust, etc), file by June 30th.
(Or the last day of the sixth month after your accounting year ends.)
One more critical mistake to watch.
• Do not assume KRA's numbers are always correct. The law has expressly given you the right to accept or reject the pre-populated return before filing.
Lessons:
• Proper bookkeeping is King in 2026.
• Mark the new tax timelines in your calendar.
Now, reread this slowly.
Many celebrity pastors are exploiting the Christian faith and the nonprofit system to line their own pockets. It’s unbelievable. Watch The Religion Business on TCN.
They want to spend KSh 375 BILLION expanding JKIA.
That's enough money to build an entire new international airport from scratch.
For context: China built the massive Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport for just KSh 285 Billion.
This is your money. Demand better.
