Popular & senior cops tend to be protected. I was complained about by someone popular to someone who did not like me.

I agree with you on police policy, CPS, and courts having a significant responsibility to uphold justice and that their failures can lead to devastating consequences. However, I believe the issue is more complex.

The injustices within the system are product of flawed leadership, systemic failings, and processes driven by optics rather than fairness. While it may seem symmetrical to suggest that police experiencing injustice might teach them a lesson, this approach risks perpetuating harm rather than addressing the root cause. Injustice, regardless of who is on the receiving end, undermines trust in the system as a whole and affects everyone—officers, victims, and the public alike.

True reform requires addressing the systemic issues that allow these injustices to occur, holding leadership accountable, and ensuring fair, evidence-based processes for all.

It is not a symmetric situation. If police are on the receiving end sometimes they might learn not to inflict it on others
