She violently assaulted her partner, throwing three metal chairs at him.
One of those chairs hit their infant daughter, causing “a lump on her head the size of a goose egg.”
All of this was captured on camera and mentioned in police reports.
Meanwhile, BBC News is calling it a messy breakup.
Why does the media always downplay the crimes of women?
They never call women rapists; they never call them violent abusers.
If the genders were reversed, this would be everywhere, with headlines like: “Man assaults wife and child with a chair.”
Being called an abuser because you felt the need to record yourself being abused to protect yourself from a justice system that you know will treat you unfairly because you're a man is a peak 2020s Kafka trap.
#FamilyCourt tried to imply that my recording of my abusive ex (recordings that evidenced her physically and verbally attacking me and the children) was a form of "coercion and control" and "entrapment" because I didn't have her consent to record. True story.

Police:
I noted that every time Taylor would raise her hand or her arm, Dakota would flinch as if trying to protect himself. I suggested both parties separate. Dakota stated Taylor needed to calm down. Taylor immediately became aggressive and hit Dakota.
Five years ago, his life was turned upside down by a false rape allegation. He rejected her at a party after she tried to kiss him, an interaction that was recorded, though she didn’t know it at the time. She received a slap on the wrist because it was her first offense. Meanwhile, he was left to pick up the pieces of a life that had been shattered.
But he didn’t let that moment define him. He rebuilt. He healed. Today, he’s married, and a father. It took years to get there. This is exactly why I go hard on people who lie. The damage caused by false accusations is often irreversible. While she moved on quietly, he had to fight for his life back.
I’m glad he found happiness. And I’ll continue to call this out.
I am homeless and living in my car after my wife filed a false protective order and had me removed from my home. The result of the divorce is she got it all and I got nothing. I work full time but can’t afford a one bedroom apartment in my area on one income after paying what I was ordered by the court to pay.
If this was a guy that beat the shit out of his partner holding a baby you wouldn’t be saying this. It’s insanity how people can’t come to grips with anything that doesn’t fit preconceived stereotypes.
