@qatarairways For the umpteenth time, our family, including our grandson, were unable to enter the family rooms at Silver Lounge in Doha. All occupied by adult sleeping passengers. The lounge is also far too small for the number of passengers allowed. Restrooms 20min waiting.
@qatarairways @websummitqatar Also our flights from January have to be moved to November due to the same accident. Been a regular customer of Qatar Airways for years and due to one unfortunate incident we lose all our benefits. Very disappointed. ๐
@qatarairways @websummitqatar Very disappointed that we will lose our silver membership at the end of March. This is because we cannot fly our return flight JNB-BRU due to an accident of my wife in South Africa and repatriated by our insurance.
