Making the tax permanent or expanding it to people who are not billionaires is not consistent with the purpose, so it's not possible.

@FreedomFdtn THIS IS NOT TRUE. The legislature can only amend the Billionaire Tax Act if the statute is consistent with the purpose of the act, which is to put a ONE-TIME TAX on BILLIONAIRES.

If you're not a billionaire, you will not pay this tax .
