At 25, I bought my first piece of land. At 27, I became a landlady. Today, I’ve completed another milestone, a modern 5-unit, 2-bedroom apartment project.

It’s fully gated, tiled, fenced, has a borehole and sits on a spacious compound.

The best part? Within one week of completion, every apartment was occupied. No vacancies.

I’m truly grateful for this journey. Congratulations to me. 🎉

@ARISEtv The irony of this is that in the South east, at every 10 kilometers drive you do on the highway you will find Army, Navy,RRS,FRSC,Police, vigilante checkpoints,collecting 100 naira from poor bus drivers, But from kano to Dutse you can't find them on the highway. I just laugh sha
