So many Leaseholders and being shafted. We live in a time where Freeholders say jump and at the mercy of them, Leaseholders are expected to respond ‘how high’.

Freeholders use forfeiture as a weapon similarly to how section 21 is used in the private sector, and think it’s acceptable to hike ground rents and service charges whenever they like.

Everyone needs a safe, affordable, and stable roof over their heads including Leaseholders!
