@jankaing@Raygrobi@mistynatpilled But a lot of that food only goes to first world countries since we still have a problem with hunger in poorer countries, there’s a difference for eating meat because there is no other option or getting the 3rd mcdonald’s of the week, where a lot of the meat ends up
@LICH_REAPER@mistynatpilled our reality was also no wifi on every smart phone 17 years ago, maybe stop eating fast food and so much factory farming since those are what’s the worst.
@Earth2Jul1an@mistynatpilled Yes because they eat sloppy ass burgers from the mc donald’s drive trough and chick fil a ten times a week!! That’s totally the same :333!!!
@id3ll44@mistynatpilled Actually, yea! Just in other countries where it’s not as noticeable or they have been standing there for ages now and nobody is building around it anymore.
Of course both is bad but the meat industry is still bad and we need to acknowledge that.
@jankaing@Raygrobi@mistynatpilled Imo, eating meat isn’t wrong on its own but the modern mass farming industry is what’s harmful , nobody is complaining about the guy who caught food for his family to survive, also put it on a standpoint as to why you’d think eating a cat or dog is wrong.
@genericindiegrl@Raygrobi logically seen, aren’t vegans morally literally better. Since it’s a mass production and awful state to get these animals from, not even diary is ethical
@saintnareul@Raygrobi@f4nged_@mistynatpilled ??? Lmao sorry but most of it is made out of stuff like soy or pea protein and often is healthier then processed meat the two are not comparable on environmental damage, not to force you into something but often vegan options are cheaper and healthier like beans or tofu or wdym
@pookiiewookie@Raygrobi@f4nged_@mistynatpilled Factually seen the best diet is not eating meat everyday, humans evolved on eating meat once or twice a week if not less that’s often normal. And whatever is happening in those farms today is making meat a very low quality source of protein almost compared to other sources
