I am writing to formally report lost baggage and request an immediate status update. I arrived at MUMBAI AIRPORT on flight SH 487 from KOLKATA AIRPORT on 01.02.2026

Upon arrival, my checked luggage did not appear on the carousel.

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva The roof of Geetanjali express #12859 KYN to KGP on 24 Aug is leaking due to heavy rain. The seats 1 and 2 are flooded with water. I had raised complaint with #RailMadad app, but closed without resolution. We can't sleep/sit in berth. Pls refund!!

My parents (senior citizens) are travelling. Even the TTE had also checked but no resolution was provided.
This is wrong from @RailMinIndia . We have paid the full amount and got the worst service. @RailwaySeva please refund.
