@EtihadHelp In case of cancellation, why there is no email notification to the customer? I'm receiving thousands of useless email from Etihad but to this important matter Etihad leave it the terms and conditions! Further why there are huge penalty charges to retain this ticket?

@EtihadHelp I did not took the onward flight due to some emergency and booked another date flight. Now I want to avail this return flight and came to know that it has been auto cancelled which is unknown to me. If airlines has such rules, why airlines doesn't inform? Please help.
