We keep hearing stories that women were raped on 7/10/23 & let's see what is the religious stance on rape in Islam.

Those who crossed over on the 7th were most likely Muslim & everyone of them would have accepted that they wouldn't come back alive, mentally they would have accepted that if we do not make it back alive we will attain martyrdom.

No way would one who has accepted that he is going to die in battle will he do such act's i.e take Drugs, Rape women, kill the elderly, Kill Children or Kill women, in the case of Isreali women thing's are a bit different as Isreali women can be classed as combatants as they have to serve in the army.

Geneva convention rules of war came out in the last century & Islam has had strict rules of war from 1400 year's ago (you can look them up).

You must have seen the interviews of how the hostages were treated even tho Gaza is suffering from food shortages & medicine & water these hostages have admited they were treated in a very respectful manner & taken care off that even Isreali political commentators had to tell the government/army that do not let the hostages be interviewed straight away as they are telling the world how well they have been treated.

Now let's come to the issue of Rape, in Islam the punishment for a rapist in Islam is stoning to death & nothing less than that.

The rapist is subject to the hadd punishment for zina, even if the rape was not carried out at knife-point or gun-point. If the use of a weapon was threatened, then he is a muhaarib, and is to be subjected to the hadd punishment described in the verse in which Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off from opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.” [al-Maaidah 5:33]

Now please logically think Will someone who knows that he is most likely going to die when he entered Isreal on that day do such a act knowing that a "great torment is waiting for them in the Hereafter"

They crossed over to take hostages as to pressurise Isreal & the West to treat the Palestinian people better & stop the indiscriminate desecration of the Masjid Al Aqsa & not to rape women & Kill the elderly or Children as every believing Muslim knows what awaits them in the hearafter for such crimes.
