Under no circumstances use the @McDonaldsUK app to have food delivered. Despite living 5 minutes away by car, driver took over 20 minutes to deliver my order with a significant detour resulting in cold food. McDonald's just directs you to @ubereats_uk who feels 1/3

That as long as your food arrives in the 1 hour window they couldn't care less if the food arrives cold and inedible. No interest in even looking at the route the driver took.

Business owners! A word of advice, don't use @inpostuk, @CitySprint_UK. After leaving my parcel in a locker, I am still waiting for it to be collected 2 weeks later. Great with excuses, rubbish with delivering mail.
