The Good, the Bad and the Fine-Tuned
Domain Specific Fine Tuned Model - Been working on a domain-specific LLM for telecom network operations - trained on real operational scenarios rather than standards documents.
The model uses a two-turn architecture: the first turn computes all KPIs explicitly from raw counter inputs, the second reasons over those derived values to produce the diagnosis. This separation keeps the arithmetic grounded and the analysis traceable.
Core capabilities:
- Multi-vendor RAN and Core PM counter analysis โ Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE
- 5GC fault attribution at NF and interface level
CLI command generation for network element management
- Deep LTE and 5G NR protocol and procedure knowledge
- SON, EN-DC, and multi-vendor normalisation
- Anomaly detection, RCA etc
Can be used standalone or as a specialist execution layer within a larger agentic architecture โ where a bigger model handles orchestration and intent, and this model handles the domain-specific analytical heavy lifting.
Designed to run entirely within your own infrastructure, no dependency on external APIs or cloud services. Of course requires GPUs.
Still evolving, but at a point worth sharing.

Quantised version can run on CPU but it's very slow. I have generally tested it on Nvidia L4 for functional tests.
Model card has the full training breakdown and example prompts. If you work with these counters, would value your thoughts.

"System of Record (SoR) agents are the missing layer in enterprise data.
Not better SQL. Not smarter dashboards. Agents that understand semantic reality across your fragmented systems and actually know which data to trust when.

@VirginAtlantic ridiculously bad customer experience. It took 8+ hours to cancel VS301 ystrday with custmers waiting for 7hr in cabin and now rescheduled flight VS1301 which should have been a priority is late by an hour all passengers in the cabin
@AAI_Official@Aviation_India
@VirginAtlantic VS301 is late by nearly 7 hours and passengers have been sitting in the plane for the last many hours. There are elderly passengers who are exhausted. What kind of service is this?

@elonmusk Twitter's value is much more than the "free" speech people are complaining about. Most of these guys go from one rant to another. It can be future fabric for non-human internet & the bridge with humans. You are probably the only person who can make it happen. $8 -> $15
@anandmahindra You are right, ideally Twitter (post of the planet - heard this phrase on a podcast) should be run similar to AP. It's too important for the world.
