@JioCare No one wants to lose their money.. But you have not left me with an option.. I don’t trust your service to get any better.. I am going ahead with cancellation for peace of my mind and also taking this issue to consumer court.

They don’t even refund remaining amount saying company policy even though it was their fault for providing proper service/network
@olamoney_in Had booked cab for my employee & cab driver has collected cash after ride. Money has been deducted from ola postpaid account too. I have been following up with [email protected] and [email protected], no resolution yet. I am harassed over call for repayment

Booked Kia Sonet on 9th Sep 2021. They promised to deliver the car in Dec 2021.
