2 raisons majeures de saluer le Dialogue annoncé par le Chef de l'État 1clarté du diagnostic : pour se construire un avenir profitable la RDC a besoin d'une Paix durable et irréversible 2clarté du mode opératoire : DIALOGUE TOTALEMENT INCLUSIF à la verticale *toutes les forces vives de la base au sommet de l'État sont conviées et à l'horizontale *dialoguer entre patriotes pour la cohésion et la refondation de l'État *poursuivre le dialogue avec le couple d'agresseurs Rwanda/M23 à travers Washington et Doha pour accélérer la libération des territoires occupés. Qui dit mieux ?

We mourn the tragic death of Karine Buisset, a French @UNICEF aid worker killed in a drone strike in eastern DRC. Her death is a terrible loss, and her family and colleagues deserve answers and justice.

Yet the reaction of the @EmmanuelMacron French government reveals a clear double standard and a possible hidden agenda. For years, thousands of Congolese civilians have been killed in eastern DRC with little outrage from Paris, rarely investigated and seldom described as war crimes. Rather than standing firmly with Congolese victims, #France has repeatedly welcomed and dined with President @PaulKagame, whom the @StateDept and @UN have identified as playing a central role in fueling the violence devastating the region.

Now, after the death of a French national, Paris has opened an investigation and is invoking the language of war crimes while appearing to point the finger at the DRC. We welcome an investigation, but it must be a genuine search for truth and accountability, not a political maneuver intended to pressure President Tshisekedi @FelixUdps @Presidence_RDC or undermine President @realDonaldTrump’s Washington Accords and the growing United States and DRC mineral partnership.
