@stefhamerlinck Following an acquisition we are bringing an outside name under the parent brand now. Im flushing out the belief that the products are the brand and focused on corporate reputation to elevate us to brand status. I guess what I need is a product marketing and biz dev manager!π
@sarahspoon Yes, as soon as I show any disagreement in what my male colleagues are telling me I get told, almost immediately, not to get defensive. π
@sarahspoon Haha French Today is good. Coffee Break French does some free stuff on Spotify. Depending on how advanced you get, Inmer French is excellent for listening. The guy has a super clear accent. Has transcripts too on his website.
@christopherhope Well the ££ I had saved has gone in failed legal fees for a flat i was trying to sell and a house I was trying to buy, that fell through because of #ews1#claddingscandal yet another of this government's spectacular fails! So, thanks for your advice Mr Millionaire!
@KristjanByfield @MilesDilworth We're in exactly the same situation. This request has spooked my buyer so even if the situation get resolved, as the EWS1 isn't yet a legal requirement, the fear of future issues will instil enough fear for the sale to fall through
@isab_ayre @barlowj216@guardian@RobertJenrick Thanks for the reassuring words.. π₯Ί what exactly are we supposed to do other than sit and wait for our bill whilst not being to sell out flat?
@thesundaytimes Im trying to sell a flat in a 4 floor brick block blanketed as needing the EWS1 from my buyers lender. We have to convince our feeholder to move forwards or take the costs myself. Completely unnecessary and very stressful as we're trying to buy a family & now can't.
Another day, another article highlighting the catastrophic failure that is EWS1. Well done for single handedly crashing the flat market @RICSnews@RICSEngland @RICSchiefexec
