Hey @AsdaServiceTeam, how about employing people who can actually pick the items I order - 1 item damaged and 2 items wrong (not substitutes). When you rely on delivery, wrong items being sent isn't a case of "I'll get it elsewhere." Service has gone downhill

@SkyUK thanks to your engineer messing with my subscription without my consent, I have spent the afternoon trying to reverse it. Currently on operator No 3, who's just increasing my bill #annoyed

@AmazonHelp and again. I ask for delivery specifically on Saturday (as a Prime customer) and the item is out for delivery now. When I'm not home. Stop using Evri, as they don't adhere to delivery date requests. I am sick of annoying my neighbours!!

So I thought I read on @MartinSLewis email that Halifax fixed remortgages could be as low as 3.75% if you had a low LTV. I've just contacted them & they said that's only for variable & tracker mortgages.

@AmazonUK when I order something & purposefully choose to have it delivered on Sunday, that's because I want it delivered on Sunday. Delivering it on Thursday, when I'm not home, is pointless 🙄🙄
