Yesterday was the first time I heard the term “Neurotypical Disorder” - (from one of the world’s premier psychiatrists mind you), in reference to when an excessive focus on others’ perceptions obscures rational understanding of the outside world &/or one’s self. Interesting…
Mind body connection
Mind is to move the body
Body is to push the mind
Any thoughts which don't move you is overthinking
Any movement which don't make your mind feel good is overstress
Love your body with your mind
Heal your mind with your body
That's all it means you are enough🤗
With your mind and body standing by each other💞
Even if you stop working out for a while, your muscles "remember" their previous strength and size.
So, when you start exercising again, you can regain strength much faster than a beginner.
This means that every workout you do is an investment—your body won’t forget it!
• You won’t sit still for 10 hours a day.
• You won’t see exercise as extra work.
• You won’t eat just to fill your stomach.
• You won’t consider chronic pain as normal.
• You won’t accept sleep deprivation as a habit.
Correct. Embracing the initial agitation that precedes meaningful work is key. People want “flow” and “motivation” out the gate. The agitation is the first ingredient in the generative work session.
