Russiagate was not the beginning of lawfare, but in many ways it was ground zero.
One of the reasons I founded the Counterlawfare Institute is to preserve the historical record. Too many Americans either never learned what actually happened, or have had a false narrative cemented by years of media lies.
If we fail to document these abuses, future generations may be told they never happened.
That's why we've launched the Russiagate Documentation Project, a searchable archive of key documents that will continue to grow over time. It is the first of many historical resources we plan to build as the Institute expands.
Check it out and bookmark it. I think you'll find it a valuable resource and it's only going to get bigger.

SOLOMON JOINS DOCUMENT RELEASE EFFORT
@jsolomonReports announced he will serve in an unpaid role helping identify government documents for public release while temporarily stepping aside as editor-in-chief of @JustTheNews. He will continue reporting and hosting his show.
@AmandaHead
This is possible because the @ODNIgov uses the @CIA computer systems for classified and unclassified official business. @CIA has total and complete access to anything and everything @ODNIgov does in electronic systems including internal telephone communications. It looks like Catherine Herridge will have to reveal the source who leaked information about Yanping Chen, a naturalized U.S. citizen from China who allegedly lied about her ties to the Chinese military.
What makes this so frustrating is that all of this would have come out in court if the EDVA—the same crew who blocked the prosecutions of Comey and James—had actually pursued the case against Chen. But they dropped it and someone ended up taking the information to Herridge instead.
The appeals court has now essentially ruled that reporters don’t have a special privilege to avoid complying with discovery obligations. As frustrating as that is in this instance, the court isn’t wrong on the basic principle.
The good news is that the entire fake news press corps, which constantly hides behind leaks to smear Russiagate targets, Trump supporters, and anyone who threatens their narrative, should now be held to the same standard as Herridge.
