@FedExHelp I'm astounded by the service I received. Tried to send my uncle a hat to be worn in his final resting place. Took to Fedex and shipped 2 day on 12/8 for arrival on the 10th. He was buried on the 12th. Got notification that my package wasn't shipped until the 14th!

@AMCHelps No. There were no managers available. The person I did speak with just apologized that the listing was incorrect. We never would have gone to Navy Pier had we known the movie was not in 3D. Huge waste of money.
