Recently hit the five year mark at Google! After some reflecting, I put together a doc of lessons I’ve learned along the way.

💯 People also walk away feeling like they were heard - and that alone makes it easier to land tough decisions.

Being the notetaker in a meeting is a powerful position

The person who takes the notes writes the narrative

They decide what got decided

I’ve had the privilege of working for @dflieb over the past 6 years at Google. He’s an exceptional product leader and coach, his optimism is infectious, and his passion and care for building great products just radiates out in his recent pod with @HarryStebbings

[Harry Stebbings @HarryStebbings]

When I spoke to the best product minds in the business, they all said I had to have @dflieb on 20 Product.

This was such a special show and David is an OG because of his deep focus on the granular, an obsession with it.

Remember: users do not care about your architecture. They care about your value proposition. Every ounce of friction from an architecture choice that shows up in UX, or limits scale, or increases cost, or slows down velocity, will eventually be a disadvantage.

[The Numnum Museum @thenumnums]

7/ Prior to launch the NNI acquired a @BoredApeYC prisoner ape and commissioned a set of unique derivatives NFTs for each of our members. Each Numnum has its own entirely unique relationship with the original work.

@seanhaus @hemeon Interesting. Do you think it’d feel different if you also printed out your NFT art?
