@janeite1900 @JuanitaIguana1 it is just another example of politics in Arkansas. if you want some more dirt, look into the prison system. they have at least one warden who has "retired" under the drop system, and now is waiting to retire again. that makes 3 checks he will be getting from the state...

@DavidWMcAvoy When your prison wardens are pulling 3 or more checks per person, of course there will be a shortage of funds with the Department of Corrections... And if you want to stem the prison over crowding, let some go who have been locked up for more than 30 years or more.
