This week we took a flight to Scotland, to film the first part of a bespoke chocolate project led by VALRHONA (Sacha Baron, Aurélie Bugaud) and Phillip Skinazi (Executive Pastry Chef at The Gleaneagles Hotel). This time, the location was at the beautiful The Gleneagles Hotel.

Amazing experience from this past week. We were commissioned by VALRHONA to film the "Cercle V Challenge". In which we got to meet some of the most talented Pastry Chefs in the region. We witnessed their creativity applied to their final creation using Valrhona's ingredients.
