Of course, if we want to test in context of a site page we could, but this seems like it removes a small communication step and also may help to ensure that our styleguide remains current in all environments. This with minimal effort.

Instead of adding the block to some random test page on the site, we are adding it to our styleguide and styling the block there. We don't have to think or communicate with other team members to say go to this random page to see it. We'd all just review on style guide.
