@Chelsearory I love the prem and have been to about 30 grounds, but this is like saying prem stadiums have no soul because you’ve only been to London Stadium or Tottenham.
Tons of stadiums here are over 100 yrs old and deeply embedded in their communities.
@FugitiveDuck45@JoshuaBarzon Worth noting I’m Brit who also loves the US as his country after living here a long time :)
All I’m saying is that the cherry pick in the initial post is weird. And Olympics is a better barometer of overall sporting ability than picking 3 random sports
@FugitiveDuck45@JoshuaBarzon I’m just saying that it’s kind of weird to cherry pick sports like that.
Here’s are the most popular sports in the world and US is a top team in 6 of the 10. And decent at #5
And that’s for men’s sports. For women’s sports I think we’re amongst the best in all
@FugitiveDuck45@JoshuaBarzon What? Football has been in the Olympics for 126 years. As has been Rugby, tennis and cricket soon now too (arguably the one). Not to mention other sports USA dominates in like basketball
@_taxaeze@itscalledsaka@WeareManC1ty I mean, if that’s the case then their talent ID is horrible given what they were willing to spend on Grealish and how good Rice has been since
@TheMadSportsDad@FarleyWrites The only way I’ve found to get anything above like 90ish points is to go with back 5, prioritize elite players up front and try and cover for the shittier ones with the formation 🤷♂️
