Tried to cancel service w/ @dish 3/13 but told they can’t update accts due to cyber attack then they deduct payment for all of Mar on 3/19 (w/ 11.4% increase) now on hold w/ wait time at over 100 mins! Only channel we wanted MASN removed after 1 month into 2yr contract #dobetter
