@skiptonbs Hi Jade. So do we have to reapply again from scratch? I thought they are able to use the Property change Form?

@SBSIntermediary hi SBS, if a client’s application has gone to offer but they have decided to change property, are we able to change the property and keep everything else the same? Or do we need to completely reapply?

@TravelTrolleyUK Disappointed with the poor customer service from “Margaret” who refused to help/ get a manager to call me back. Ended up paying an additional £140 with you when rescheduling a flight that cost the amount!
