8...yes EIGHT cancelled flights and luggage missing for over 10 days.

@SouthwestAir has now "closed" our claims. We posted all of our receipts, lost luggage, damaged items, etc. They never contacted us. We've only just received notification that the claim is closed.

8 cancelled flights and 35+ hours on hold and this is what happens?
