@AskCapitalOne I did an ACH transfer to my other bank and it said completed on 1/15 on the Capitol One side but it's still not showing up in my other bank. Are outgoing ACH transactions completed yet?

@AskCapitalOne I did a transfer from Capital One to my other bank. Capital One said the transaction completed on 1/15 but I still haven't seen the fund. I called my other bank and they said they don't see anything posted. I'm trying to call Capital One but been put on hold for more than 2 hrs.
