Angular 17.2 introduced the model() function. It
- is a writeable Signal
- adds an input/@Input property to the component
- adds and @Output EventEmitter which goes under the model name + "Change".

It is the modern way how to implement two-way binding in #Angular.

To the parent component, nothing changes. Banana box syntax, property, and event binding, everything is possible.
