@united Mom (62+)stuck at the EWR airport for 7 hours. UA flight 2624 taxied for 2-3 hours, then they were asked to deplane. It’s been another 3 hours since then. No agent to help them. App doesn’t let anyone rebook. Is this how you treat your passengers?
