@British_Airways Our flight from Gatwick to Marrakech was diverted to Casablanca, kept on the plane for 2 hours then told coaches had been organised. Took another 2 hours to get through the airport to find no BA representatives or anyone who knows what was going on.

@British_Airways Hi Demi, no we didn’t as there was no reps at the airport. A total lack of any communication or care from @British_Airways After a 4 hour coach journey (which should only take about 2.5 hours) we were eventually left stranded at Marrakesh airport at 5 o’clock in the morning!

By chance a group of us have stumbled upon the coach that has been sent to pick us up. This is absolutely appalling!

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried all the online advise. I was contacted by a rep of your's the other evening asking for some feedback as I've had sky glass for a year. He was going to email me a number where I could request a replacement but the number never came?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, my sky glass remote isn’t working that well, the voice control button has stopped working completely and the volume buttons are intermittent. I’ve also noticed the Matt finish is starting to come off! Is it possible to get a replacement? Thanks
