@PGDynes We’ve already been warned over a century ago, then continuously over the recent years by climate scientists like @ClimateHuman and @ScientistRebel1 but we are still stuck with asking each other what must be done. I am disgusted by the lack of urgency in my government.
Then Jesus said unto the sick, “you better have insurance.”
Then Jesus said unto the stranger, “are you here legally?”
Then Jesus said unto the hungry, “my taxes better not be paying for these loaves and fishes.”
Then Jesus said unto the poor, “this is your own fault.”
He's still fighting for his life, his safety, his freedom—even if his legs aren’t working 💔 Take this video as a devastating reminder to NEVER support bullfights or Running of the Bulls events. #AntiBullfightingDay
Cannot overemphasize the fact that if you want good examples for your kids, one way is to introduce them to good role models. And that includes not 👏 electing 👏 violent 👏 people 👏
i know a lot of oomfs who used to work in local PH animation studios, but then they quit because the working conditions were brutal. my hope is that after all these filipino-focused animations, that working conditions get better for all local studios.
Did they get the guns from the online game? No. Follow the guns and investigate their owners. This is misdirection. Palibhasa pulis yung may-ari nung isang baril.
I am okay with curfews, pero demand more safe and comfortable public spaces: saftey sa daan, bawat barangay may easily accesible at spacious playgrounds, parks at libraries.
I feel so fucking bad for kids of today. Di sila pwede sa labas (curfew), di rin sila pwede sa online (if this pushes through), bina-ban ang mga laro nila, hindi safe ang mga daan, kulang ang mga pampublikong espasyo (playgrounds, parks, libraries)... Saan sila lulugar?

Ito yung political ad na nilabas namin nung 2016 campaign pero hinarang ng kampo ni duterte. Ngayon, alam nyo na ang epekto ng isang violent environment sa mga bata.
Zoos shouldn’t exist.
We take animals engineered by millions of years of evolution to roam vast territories, hunt, migrate, and live on their own terms, and we confine them to enclosures that are often a fraction of one percent of their natural range. Then we drape the whole thing in the language of “conservation” and charge admission.
Let’s be honest about what conservation actually requires. The overwhelming majority of animals in zoos will never see the wild again. Serious breeding-for-release programs are the exception, not the rule. For every genuine reintroduction effort, there are countless lions, tigers, bears, and penguins spending their lives as living exhibits. The result is too often a polar bear pacing in circles around a concrete pool while families tap on the glass for a reaction.
That isn’t protection. It’s entertainment dressed up in a lab coat.
If we truly loved these animals, we wouldn’t need a ticket booth to prove it. Real love looks like safeguarding the forests, savannas, reefs, and tundra where they belong so they never need a cage in the first place. It means confronting the habitat destruction, poaching, and climate disruption we’ve caused instead of building prettier prisons.
A wild animal behind glass isn’t “saved.” It’s simply removed from the consequences of our choices, while we congratulate ourselves for watching it exist.
We are not separate from these systems. The true test of respecting something wild is whether we’re willing to let it stay wild.
I’ll NEVER understand how so many of y’all were hoodwinked into the belief that the government should NOT use the money you pay in taxes to create a social safety net that benefits you, fund public healthcare, lower housing costs, and make daily life more affordable.
Greater Glider (Petauroides volans), a large gliding marsupial found in eastern Australia.
It is nocturnal and feeds primarily on eucalyptus leaves, similar to a koala.
They are listed as vulnerable and rely on old-growth eucalypt forests with hollow-bearing trees for shelter.
“Abortion is traumatic.”
So is pregnancy.
So is birth...
So is poverty...
So is being tied forever to an abuser.
So is raising a child you were forced to have, and
But apparently only one trauma counts too..
Which is why it's important to build systems that don't rely on the benevolence of a single good person.
We got really lucky with Robredo. But citizens should remain vigilant regardless who's in the seat, and EVERYONE should be holding their LGU to this same standard.
