Bro sack him, I’m not saying being a manager is easy but there is literally only one vacancy, getting rid of someone for one mistake makes sense since there’s defo someone better out there. Plus everyone hates him now
Final final thought…
It’s not that Tuchel is a bad manager - he isn’t. He got England to within a whisker of a World Cup final and he made some good decisions in other games at this tournament.
I don’t think he should be sacked but I do hope, in time, his changes his opinion on having ‘no regrets’. He spoke of ‘bravery’ throughout the tournament and then his team retreated to their own penalty box and gave the best player we may have ever seen space to whip the ball in time and time again.
Scaloni after the game… “We smelt blood when England hesitated".
🚨🗣️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪: One week later, Egypt manager Hossam Hassan has broken his silence on his confrontation with Lionel Messi during the World Cup.
"The gesture wasn't about racism. I was telling the referee, 'You're not being fair.'
Messi came up to me and kept asking, 'Why? Why?' I don't know what else he said.
It was one of the few times I've seen Messi get into an argument during a match. He ended up crying because he was struggling emotionally.
We made life very difficult for Argentina. I chose not to respond to him out of respect for everything he has achieved in his career."
as much as we might be personally heartbroken about England losing the WC match today, don’t forget about the terror of women and children who will have to suffer at home as a result — women and children shouldn’t have to bear repercussions for England’s loss today.
