@Simon_Whitten@helenstaniland A male accessing spaces where women and children are in states of undress IS inappropriate behaviour.
We teach our daughters to be wary of men like that for good reason. Do not take away our power to challenge men in our spaces.
Yes, period huts are back. Because girls just aren’t embarrassed and awkward enough about menstruation.
But what happens when the trans-identified boy feels excluded from the period hut? What if he feels less of a girl? Perhaps it would be easier just to tell girls to stay home.
Hampstead Ponds is an interesting illustrating of the extent of the demands of trans activists.
There was already a mixed pond. Trans people could use it in safety & without having to 'out' themselves. But it wasn't enough. Why not?
The most dishonest woman in politics.
She said they would employ 6500 more teachers, there are 1900 fewer.
She is treating the public with total contempt.

This is a confusing letter @sianberry.
I have some questions:
1. You’re asking for legislative action in response to a non-legislative Code. Assuming it’s the Equality Act you want to change, does it follow that you accept that the Code accurately reflects the Act as it is?
@stellacreasy@EHRC Using an Early Day Motion to pave the way for a far-reaching substantive change is not a transparent way of going about things.
Women and LGB people deserve an upfront account of how their MPs plan to dismantle their rights.
@stellacreasy@EHRC I understand you told your constituents that the law is wrong & new primary legislation is needed.
If you want effectively to destroy the protected characteristics of sex & sexual orientation, that is extremely serious and the consequences for women's & LGB rights are grave.>
The problem prime minister is that the IOPC are useless. They haven’t a clue. In the Nottingham attacks, we as a family have investigated more, reviewed more and pointed out more than IOPC investigators.
If I had let the Leicestershire police professional conduct panel go ahead, the fact that there was an outstanding warrant for Valdo Calocane would have been covered up. The fact that the officer knew there was a warrant and did nothing would have been covered up.

Totally fascinating clip. The 👀 that @Jonathan_Hinder gives Derbyshire, as she actively works to get him to describe ‘trans rights’ as a ‘middle class hobby horse’ - which would be quite a gotcha - followed by her disconcerted silence when he just says ‘men’ instead.
She knew exactly what he was thinking of, and he knew exactly what she was doing. But the work on renormalising natural language has paid off. A couple of years ago he would have had to say ‘trans’ in some form, or ‘gender’, to describe events. Now he can just say ‘men’ and the power of that language trickery drains away completely.
Ellie, I founded @lumos, which exists to combat child institutionalisation. When children are placed in so-called orphanages, usually due to conflict, poverty or disability, their risk of being trafficked skyrockets. I've been engaged in this issue for over twenty years and have contributed significant time and resources to it. My charitable trust, Volant, focuses on issues pertaining to disadvantaged women and children, which includes sexual exploitation.
I'm not sure how many children you think you're saving by yelling at me on X, but if child trafficking is such an important issue to you, you could always devote time, effort and resources to organisations and charities working to stop it.
Great to hear James Murray accept sex and gender are different and that he would no longer say “trans women are women” (a phrase underpinned by the belief men should be able to self-identify into female facilities and services). Thanks to @JustinOnWeb for asking this.
@FaeriesHand@mgtruth So why don’t we put all vulnerable men in the ladies? Old men? Gay men? Disabled men?
Is it a room for female people or is it a room for “vulnerable” people? And who determines how vulnerable one must be before granted access?
