@Timpson_Ltd Ur store says it shuts at 6, twice this week it's been shut before that (here at 545 today). Also came at lunch and it was shut so waited until the stated return time and another 8 mins. No return? I have shoes to collect. Westquay.

@marksandspencer Totally agree with the plastic packaging but why not package it so it stays clean on the shop floor and remove it at the tills for reusing? :)

@marksandspencer Hi! Why are your men's dress shirts no longer in packaging on the shop floor? Lots were dirty and at £45 that's not ideal! 🙈
