@marustonks it’s beyond cis women too, because why is there only one trans women and 0 trans men/gender non-conforming individuals huh?
it’s really not that multiculturally diverse in the end
@marustonks what’s the point of being a multicultural server where there’s a hidden layer of misogyny where women aren’t perceived just as entertaining than the male creators & they need male creators to bounce their jokes off
@cucucado definitely, it definitely makes me feel for the French community because those guys have been nothing but kind and funny
people need to realise that not every creator is able to dedicate months (even a year) to one server and that’s not a bad thing, it’s just how life works
feels like a lot of people (quotes & chat) are taking this quite harshly
i loved qsmp but people are proving his point; people in and outside of the qsmp community are particularly intense about it and not every creator will enjoy it
i feel like he’s being respectful here, no?
🧵THREAD | QSMP 2
Hi everyone, long time no see 👋 Antoine talked about QSMP 2 for a bit so we wanted to update in case anyone wanted to know his stance on it :]
⬇️ 1/7
@jaj97139 literally don’t know why they’re so bitter, he didn’t say anything negative, he literally wished for the project to go well and for the management to be better
just because someone doesn’t want to come back to a specific group dynamic doesn’t mean they’re attacking the project
@tyciazamula ahh i didn’t know it was a big widespread thing, thanks for letting me know haha
yeah i agree with you, how the community responded was atrocious, and things like this are why i do understand that Antoine or any others wouldn’t want to engage with a very intense audience again
@tyciazamula i 100% agree with you
but, i don’t really understand the anger around being silent over Q’s doxxing
is it not a taught knowledge that talking about your/a friends doxxing is like the worst thing to do as it brings more attention, officially confirming the doxxing? no hate btw
@MilieScoresby I don’t blame him at all, at the height of it all i remember people getting angry because of what creators do in roleplay and taking it far too seriously, it was just absurd
it’s one thing having an intense community in one language but it’s different when its a global audience
@femrard it’s actually so shocking because i’ve never in my life heard immigrants being regarded as “aliens”???
i feel crazy opening comments and seeing people like actually defending it like omg?!
@shyronic this! i avoid a lot of live-streamed content bc i struggle to hear them, it sucks because i miss out on so much, this is such a huge game changer <3
