Built entirely in Shopify Liquid, with CRO in mind. Clearer product benefits, easy colour selection, a bundle upsell, and a more prominent add-to-bag button. Shipping and returns info sits right where shoppers need reassurance, while a sticky purchase bar keeps buying within reach.
A cleaner look, with fewer steps between browsing and buying.
A product page should do more than look good. It should make buying feel easy.
Built with 100% Shopify Liquid, this redesign brings together benefit-led copy, clearer product options, shipping reassurance, and a sticky ATC button.
Every change has a CRO purpose: communicate value, reduce hesitation, and create a smoother path to checkout.
Built entirely in Shopify Liquid. 100% custom code, no page builders.
Redesigned with CRO in mind: clearer product details, upfront social proof, easier bundle selection, and a stronger add-to-cart button.

Most people are connecting Claude to Shopify the wrong way.
They connect it directly to their store and let AI make changes to live code.
It works… until something breaks.
In this video, I show the workflow professional Shopify developers actually use:
• Claude Code
• Shopify CLI
• Git
• GitHub
• Local development
• Version control
• Safe rollbacks
Build with AI, without risking your store.
Many DTC brands are seeing organic traffic decline, even when their rankings haven’t changed.
Why?
Because AI is changing how people discover products.
When Google shows an AI Overview, the top ranking result can lose up to 58% of its clicks, according to Ahrefs.
At the same time, tools like ChatGPT are increasingly recommending brands directly instead of showing a list of links.
The brands winning in AI search aren’t always the brands ranking first.
They’re the brands AI keeps mentioning.
The future of search may not be about ranking higher.
It may be about becoming the brand AI recommends.

Shopify just launched Campaign Autopilot.
You set the budget and goals.
The AI launches campaigns, optimizes performance, reallocates spend, and manages marketing across channels from inside Shopify.
We’re getting closer to a world where store owners manage outcomes, not ad campaigns.
The biggest question:
Will AI marketers outperform human marketers?
This brand does roughly $100M a year.
So you’d expect their website to be nearly perfect.
It isn’t.
In this video, I walk through the entire customer journey and uncover conversion leaks hiding in plain sight.
From homepage friction and product page UX issues to cart optimization opportunities and trust signals, you’ll see exactly where customers are working harder than they should.
The biggest lesson?
Most Ecommerce growth doesn’t come from redesigns.
It comes from removing friction.
Watch until the end for 5 Ecommerce principles every founder should remember.
I audited a $100M ecommerce brand and found 17 places where customers had to work harder than they should.
Not major bugs.
Not bad design.
Just small moments of friction that quietly impact conversions.
Have you ever noticed that luxury brands rarely try to convince you?
No flashing discounts.
No walls of text.
No desperate sales tactics.
Instead, they communicate with confidence.
Psychologically, we associate confidence with competence. The same reason a calm speaker often feels more credible than the loudest person in the room.
The strongest brands understand this.
They don’t try to say everything.
They focus on saying the right thing.
Sometimes saying less makes people believe more.
What’s a brand that does this really well?
SEO took a decade to mature. Mobile took five years. AI agent recommendations are compounding in months, not years
If an AI doesn’t know your brand yet, now’s the time not after your competitors become “the default” answer.

I pay for Claude every single month.
And for a long time, I kept hearing that Claude Opus is the best model available. Better reasoning, better coding, better writing, better everything.
But I want to ask honestly:
Is it just me, or has ChatGPT (especially with Codex and the newer models) been performing noticeably better lately?
What surprises me is not the big mistakes. Every model makes those.
It’s the small, obvious mistakes that catch me off guard. Claude often makes errors that I can spot immediately, while ChatGPT’s responses tend to feel more thoughtful, balanced, and practical. The answers often show better judgment, not just better information.
Maybe it depends on the type of work.
For web design, e-commerce, coding, business strategy, and client work, I’ve increasingly found myself trusting ChatGPT’s output more than Claude’s.
I’m genuinely curious
For those paying for both, what’s your experience been over the last few months?
OpenAI just opened ChatGPT Ads Manager to all U.S. businesses.
But this isn’t Google or Meta.
You’re not targeting demographics.
You’re targeting intent.
Ads appear below the AI response as sponsored recommendations tied to the user’s specific problem.
High intent. Premium pricing. Potentially much higher conversion rates.
A new advertising channel is emerging.
Everyone is talking about AI chatbots.
But the best e-commerce brands have already moved on.
They're deploying AI agents that don't just answer questions. They take action.
→ Customer Support Agents process refunds, returns, and billing issues automatically.
→ Shopping Agents act as virtual concierges, helping customers find the right products and increasing conversions.
→ Operations Agents forecast inventory demand, optimize pricing, and prevent stockouts.
The future isn't better chatbots.
It's autonomous businesses powered by AI agents.
Your Shopify store might be invisible.
Not on Google.
To AI.
More consumers are asking AI what products to buy instead of browsing traditional search results.
If AI can't understand your product data, it can't recommend your brand.
And if it can't recommend your brand, someone else gets the sale.
The future of e-commerce belongs to brands that optimize for:
AI Citability
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Agentic Commerce
AI-Powered Buying Experiences
The question isn't:
"How do I rank on Google?"
The question is:
"Will AI recommend my brand?"
