@PeteSikora1 We had this problem when our gas hot water heater broke! Our options were to quickly get the same one, or do a bunch of research to figure out how to get a heat pump hot water heater. We wanted hot water quickly so we went with the path of least resistance but it was frustrating!

I condemn the NYPD’s use of SRG and violence at the Amazon Teamsters picket line where workers were peacefully – and lawfully – striking. The NYPD blocked the picket line, threw punches at picketers and made violent arrests of protesting workers.

The NYPD has now erected barricades to allow Amazon contractors to enter and leave the distribution center, helping Amazon break the picket line.

Amazon has forced this strike by refusing to follow the law and bargain with the thousands of Amazon workers who organized with the Teamsters.

Now, Amazon Teamsters at facilities across the country will be striking, including primary picket lines at hundreds of Amazon Fulfillment Centers nationwide.

@PatrickTShep Getting on grand jury is great because the prosecution isn’t allowed to toss anyone! I had a similar experience—some failures to get the jury to refuse to indict but some real successes towards the end. And then we too didn’t get more cases.
