Thus spoke Saadi Shirazi in one of his Persian couplets which means that “Wherever there is a spring of sweet water, Verily not only the men, but the birds as well as insects throng to get benefited from it.”
In our contemporary Kashmiri society, @RuhullahMehdi Sahab is one such personage from whom every one irrespective of his/her denominational or party affiliation wants to listen to. Being a prominent political as well as meaningful socio religious voice, our youth have always cherished the idea of having a direct and intimate interaction with him. They want to get a deeper feel of his novel as well as noble ideas, which they think resonate with their own. And since social media is one such platform from where people, particularly our youth, may get an easy as well as ample opportunity to interact with him directly, I accordingly on my own behalf and on behalf of many Youth forums, civil society members and an extended friend circle in and out of Kashmir, request the Office of Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi Sahab (@Office_ASRM) to host a regular twitter (X) space where in people, particularly our youth ,as a matter of their right, may listen from one whose voice they have always considered credible enough to be listened to. It would be worthwhile and enlightening enough for everyone of us out there to interact with and hear from @RuhullahMehdi Sahab, on a regular basis about his intricately thought out ideas about constitutionalism, federalism and how do we ought to enliven our specific cultural and linguistic identities within the broader context of a tolerant and vibrant pluralistic society. Hope this heartfelt desire of teeming thousands like me meets a due response.

@drsameersiddiqi I second your thought, @drsameersiddiqi Sahab. Kashmiris, especially the youth, have long wanted an opportunity to interact with @RuhullahMehdi directly. An X Space would be the perfect platform for people to share their perspectives. Kind request to @Office_ASRM to consider this

The forests around various areas of Pahalgam are fiercely burning.
This is a dire emergency that needs prompt action. This is not just for the officials to extinguish the fire. The locals must set up too. Let's make enough noise to force action.
