restaurant admitted fault, but Zomato refused to help.
This app is turning into a fraud machine. Horrible experience. Didn't expect anything like this being a loyal customer.

Hey @deepigoyal , how many times does a customer need to be scammed on Zomato before your team does something? Last 5–6 orders: items missing every time.1–2 refunds or coupons, sure. But
Domino’s order never arrived- no refund.
Only dosas delivered, no idlis.

[Shree_unscripted @mirchi_shree]

And its been almost a month but no one's helping me getting the money back or even interested to help their customer. @zomatocare @dominos_india @nch1915 @Cyber_Reporting

Ordered Pizza on 5th May from domino's through @zomato & the order never got delivered. Raised an issue requested refund, nothing happened. Its been 9 days I am writing mail after mails bt no response from @zomatocare what a horrible service to a loyal customer. Will never order

[Shree_unscripted @mirchi_shree]

@zomatocare Yes, I need your help regarding getting the refund of that undelivered order. I have not received any email from your end. Please consider this as an important matter. Otherwise these kind of situations are considered fraud.

@CareDominos Well, the link that you've provided doesn't work.

[Shree_unscripted @mirchi_shree]

@zomatocare Any update on this? My money is still stuck. I don't think any of your customer deserves a service like that!

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport it is frustrating to shop on Flipkart. Half of your products are not deliverable at a metro city, #guwahati . Even after being a Flipkart plus member. Very disappointed. Why shall I even continue shopping with you? Disappointed
