Meet my new teammate, Avery

Last week, our AI teammate Avery wrote 31% of the code we shipped to production.

But Avery isn't just a coding tool. He's a teammate that proactively finds and ships product improvements to @extradotemail.

He lives in Slack, monitors production logs, triages bugs, opens PRs, verifies fixes on real hardware, learns from code review, and improves his own skills.

We're a small 5 person engineering team, and Avery has become part of our engineering DNA.
