@pinnaclemktgrp Tried it for psoriatic arthritis it improved a lot but I only lasted 1 month because of energy (I run every day), cramps, and digestive issues. Really hope this works out for him.

@SBakerMD Did 1 month strict massive impact on my running so I had to stop. Got progressively worse no energy and even my arms hurt when I was running. Shame as it quickly reduced my arthritis symptoms and I was hoping to continue.

@comedylopez Moved to marsden, went to the local pub & was asked where I came from and when I answered told to go back I’m not welcome. Eventually became friends with the guy over many months of persistence. Although never allowed to call slaithwaite slough Whitt unless you are 5th generation

@AllieRenison So sad I’ve taken my kids into the mountains many a time, this is terrifying. We once set off on a very hot August day and a few hrs later ended up shivering in our emergency bothy even with hats and gloves on zero visibility.
