It’s devastating to think that for the most part, this was preventable. But government mismanagement , incompetence and poor planning will end up causing more than $200 billion in losses and the people who lost everything will never again have a comparable life to what they had before the fires.

The Los Angeles wildfires have now burned ~38,000 acres of land, or ~2.5 TIMES the size of Manhattan, NY.
Estimated damages now exceed $150 BILLION in the costliest wildfire in US history.
This fire will impact the US economy for decades.
