I have no incoming call, no missed call, and no consultation record. Customer support kept promising a doctor call that never happened.

On one hand, I am being informed that the issue is “actively being worked on” and will be resolved soon.
But when checking the complaint status through the provided tracking link, the docket status is already showing as “Closed”.
@bsnl_care Why was there no customer confirmation before closure?
The network issue still exists exactly as before.
This lack of transparency and contradictory status updates is the primary concern now.
